We are looking for an electrician for our data center

We are seeking a driven and experienced electrician who wants to be part of our team and contribute to ensuring stable and efficient operations of our modern data center.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of electrical tasks, both planned and urgent, to guarantee the highest possible availability.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Service and Maintenance: Perform service, maintenance, and repairs of electrical installations, power distribution, and other equipment in the data center.
• Planning and Estimation: Develop estimates and plans for substation service and other complex electrical work.
• UPS Systems: Perform battery replacements and maintenance on UPS systems.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve faults in electrical systems and equipment through thorough root cause investigations.
• Ad-hoc Electrical Work: Perform minor, unplanned electrical work that arises in daily operations.
• Operator Work: If necessary, work shifts as an Operator and monitor the data center's control systems (SCADA/BMS).

Qualifications:

• Solid experience as a service electrician.
• Experience in maintenance and service of substations.
• Experience with battery replacements and maintenance of UPS systems.
• Ability to independently conduct root cause investigations and resolve issues.
• Driver's license (B) is strongly recommended.
• Good Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certification in electrical safety (e.g., ESA and AMS).
• Authorization AL.
• Experience working in data centers or similar critical infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Building Automation (BMS/SCADA).
• Knowledge of Cooling, Ventilation, Fire Protection, and Security Systems.
